PRE ORDER POLICY
By placing a pre-order, you agree to the following:
Payment Deadline – Final payment is required no later than 30 days prior to the models' arrival.
Order Confirmation – Your pre-order will be considered confirmed and secured once we receive a 10% down payment. If we do not receve a down payment, your order is not secured and could be cancelled.
Pricing – All prices are subject to change without notice. You will be notified of any adjustments prior to final payment.
Failure to Pay – If you confirm your order and fail to remit payment by the stated deadline, your order could be cancelled. Down payments are non-refundable unless the project is cancelled.
